  1. Prepare of Hibiscus 10 or 12 flowers. or Dry hibiscus flowers 1 cup.
  2. It's of Cinnamon sticks 2 ".

  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of paste of almonds and black pepper.
  6. Prepare of Juice of 1 lemon.

Hibiscus Thandai step by step

  1. Soak dry hibiscus flowers for 2 hours. If fresh flowers are there then no need to soak them..
  2. Add mint leaves,cinnamon stick,basil leaves and ginger paste..
  3. Boil for 2 mins..
  4. Seive the content and add mishri or honey..
  5. Add almond paste,mishri and juice of one lemon..
  6. Wao !!!.Cool red colour will emerge..
  7. Sprinkle black pepper and cinnamon pdr and garnish with mint leaves..
