Ingredients of Hibiscus Thandai
- Prepare of Hibiscus 10 or 12 flowers. or Dry hibiscus flowers 1 cup.
- It's of Cinnamon sticks 2 ".
- You need of Mint leaves. 1o.
- You need 1 tbsp of Mishri or honey.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of paste of almonds and black pepper.
- Prepare of Juice of 1 lemon.
- Prepare leaves of Basil 5.
- You need 2 glasses of water.
- It's 1 tsp of Grated ginger.
Hibiscus Thandai step by step
- Soak dry hibiscus flowers for 2 hours. If fresh flowers are there then no need to soak them..
- Add mint leaves,cinnamon stick,basil leaves and ginger paste..
- Boil for 2 mins..
- Seive the content and add mishri or honey..
- Add almond paste,mishri and juice of one lemon..
- Wao !!!.Cool red colour will emerge..
- Sprinkle black pepper and cinnamon pdr and garnish with mint leaves..
- Serve and drink..
