- You need 1 cup of boiled rice.
- It's 1 spoon of oil.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of mustard.
- You need 1 of chopped onion(medium size).
- Prepare 1 of chopped capsicum (medium size).
- You need 2 of chopped carrot(medium size).
- It's 2 of big spoon boiled /frozen green peas optional.
- You need 2 tsp of soya sauce.
- You need 1 of chopped green chilli.

- Take a medium size pan, pour oil in it, add mustard seed in the oil for 2 seconds then add chopped onion,carrot,capsicum,peas chopped green chilli and salt.Cover the pan with lid and cooked 8-10 minutes..
- When vegetables are cooked, add the rice to the veggie mixture. Pour the soy sauce on top. Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated thoroughly and mixed..
- It's ready to eat.
