Assembling Samosa Chole Chaat: Take two samosas in serving plate. Crush them or chop them into small pieces. Make sure the samosa pieces are completed soaked under the chole masala. Then sprinkle some chopped onions, cilantro and pomegranate seeds and drizzle the sweet and green chutney.

- First boil the potatoes keep them aside. Now take a pan put a tsp of ghee when the ghee gets hot put cumin seeds when it starts crackle put the crushed ginger and green chilies sauté for a min. then add mashed.
